Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order’s delivery date under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original tags must be intact, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Process:

• Contact us at sherlynbellestore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

• Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label.

• Ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the return status.

Refunds:

• Upon approval, a refund will be issued as store vouchers. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process

• Note that refunds for returns will be issued as store vouchers only, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

• Please note: All postal fees, custom duties, and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges

If the size or style isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Process:

• Contact us at sherlynbellestore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

• Provide details of the item you wish to exchange and the preferred size or style.

• Upon approval, follow the instructions provided to return the original item (note that all postal fees, custom duties, and taxes for returns are to be borne by the customer).

Important Exclusions

• Final Sale Items marked as Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Cash refunds are not available for returns or exchanges; only store vouchers will be provided as credit, which will be valid for 180 days from date of issue.

• Altered or Damaged Items: Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

• Sherlyn Belle reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
